What is silica gel mold?

硅胶复模是利用3D打印好的原型，在真空状态下制作出硅胶模具，并在真空状态下采用PU材料进行浇注，从而克隆出与原样板一样的复制件。其特点具有免开模，制作成本低，成型速度快，交期快等特点，被广泛用于手板，小批量定制。硅胶模具其寿命大概可以使用20次，硅胶复模精度可达到：0.1-0.2，适合1000以内的小批量定制。

一、原型制作

1、 Prototyping

在制作硅胶复模手板模型之前，需要制作原型。原型可以采用3D打印或者cnc制作。

二、硅胶模

2、 Silica gel mold

原型准备好之后，开始制作硅胶模。

After the prototype is ready, start making the silica gel mold.

八个小时干化后，将硅胶模切开，取出原型。此时硅胶模准备完毕。

After drying for eight hours, cut the silica gel die and take out the prototype. The silicone mold is now ready.

三、注型

3、 Injection type

将液体树胶材料注入硅胶模，干化后即可。透明硅胶模使用寿命大约15-25模次。适用全小批量定制

Inject the liquid gum material into the silica gel mold and dry it. The service life of transparent silica gel mold is about 15-25 mold times. Applicable to full small batch customization

用CNC，SLA，或者3d打印加工出原型，做水口

Use CNC, SLA, or 3D printing to process the prototype and make the nozzle

用板子将原型围住，为做模具做准备

Surround the prototype with a board to prepare for the mold

将用真空机抽好真空了的液体硅胶倒入模具内，将产品全部覆盖住

Pour the liquid silica gel vacuumized by the vacuum machine into the mold and cover all the products

将模具放入烤箱内烘烤，以便硅胶模具加速固化成型

Put the mold into the oven to bake, so that the silica gel mold can accelerate curing

将原型从模具内取出

Take the prototype out of the mold

根据产品所需要的材料，抽真空倒料,复制出成品

According to the materials required by the product, vacuum and pour the material to copy the finished product
