手板模型的制作对产品设计的影响

因为济南手板模型是不同的开模加工成型,还是有很多弊端,对产品设计也会产生一些影响,那么到了模型,就需要进行一些检查。一个是加工检查,一个是设计检查。

1.加工检查

2、设计检查

A、得到外观模型后,必须进行设计判断。对外观进行检测,包括造型是否美观、零件比例是否协调、表面处理是否合理等。

B、得到结构模型后,判断组装后是否有结构设计缺陷,是根据模型加工还是构造设计。

例如,坐标、设计坐标是0.4,实际组装后比较松,模型加工不到位,坐标量减少,所以要判断是松弛的还是腕力太长没有力量松弛的,需要检测。

C、金属板需要检测材料的厚度、变形和强度。板金加工变形引起的组装问题,需要检测和考虑是设计没有考虑加工变形量引起的组装问题,还是模型工厂加工引起的产品变形。
