手板快速成型方法有哪几种?

手板制作是在不开模的情况下验证产品的可行性。手板一般样本量小,生产周期短,人力物力浪费少,产品设计缺陷发现和改进速度快,为产品完成和量产打下坚实的基础。那么可以分为哪些快速手板制作方法呢?
Hand board making is to verify the feasibility of the product without opening the mold. Generally, the sample size of the hand board is small, the production cycle is short, the waste of human and material resources is less, and the speed of product design defect discovery and improvement is fast, which lays a solid foundation for product completion and mass production. So what can be divided into fast hand board making methods?
1.激光快速成型(SLA/SLS)
1. Laser rapid prototyping (SLA / SLS)
激光快速成型由原材料的不同分为SLA和SLS两种。
Laser rapid prototyping can be divided into SLA and SLS according to different raw materials.
SLA是利用3D雕刻原理的工艺,也称为树脂的选择性固化,是Z早的快速成型技术。过程如下:当树脂槽充满波浪状树脂时,它会在紫外激光束的照射下迅速固化。在成型过程开始时,可升降工作台处于波前下一个横截面层的高度。聚焦的激光束在计算机控制下,按照以下要求沿液面扫描:用于在扫描区域创建树脂的横截面轮廓 固化以获得具有横截面轮廓的树脂片。然后工作台降低薄膜层的高度,固化后的树脂薄膜上覆盖一层新的液态树脂,用于二层激光扫描固化,新固化的层就是之前牢固粘附的A层层。重复此操作,直到形成整个产品。Z后,完成清洁、支撑、二次固化和表面处理。
SLA is a process based on the principle of 3D engraving, also known as selective curing of resin. It is Z's earliest rapid prototyping technology. The process is as follows: when the resin tank is filled with wavy resin, it will solidify rapidly under the irradiation of ultraviolet laser beam. At the beginning of the forming process, the lifting table is at the height of the next cross-sectional layer of the wave front. The focused laser beam is scanned along the liquid surface under the control of the computer according to the following requirements: it is used to create the cross-sectional profile of the resin in the scanning area and cure to obtain the resin sheet with cross-sectional profile. Then the workbench reduces the height of the film layer, and the cured resin film is covered with a layer of new liquid resin for two-layer laser scanning curing. The newly cured layer is the layer a firmly adhered before. Repeat this operation until the whole product is formed. After Z, complete cleaning, support, secondary curing and surface treatment.
树脂选择性固化快速成型技术适用于中小型工件的生产,可直接获得树脂或类似工程塑料制品。SLA快速成型具有优异的表面质量、高系统分辨率和高成型精度。
Resin selective curing rapid prototyping technology is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized workpieces, and can directly obtain resin or similar engineering plastic products. SLA rapid prototyping has excellent surface quality, high system resolution and high molding accuracy.
手板制作
Hand board making
SLS的加工方法与SLA技术类似,只是用粉体原料代替波态聚合物,对粉体材料施加恒定的扫描速度和能。在成型过程中,激光参数、粉末特性、烧结气氛是影响烧结质量的重要因素。SLS 快速成型可以创建Z困难的手板,并且可以使用多种原材料,例如大多数工程塑料、蜡、金属和陶瓷。零件的构建速度快,无需对零件进行后期校正。没有设计和施工支持。
The processing method of SLS is similar to SLA technology, except that powder raw materials are used instead of wave polymers to apply constant scanning speed and energy to powder materials. In the forming process, laser parameters, powder characteristics and sintering atmosphere are important factors affecting the sintering quality. SLS rapid prototyping can create difficult hand boards, and can use a variety of raw materials, such as most engineering plastics, wax, metal and ceramics. The construction speed of parts is fast, and there is no need for post correction of parts. No design and construction support.
2、CNC快速成型
2. CNC rapid prototyping
CNC在机械加工行业应用广泛,技术相对成熟。在手板的加工中,效果和精度都非常好,所以我们要考虑如何加工手板。
CNC is widely used in the machining industry, and the technology is relatively mature. In the processing of the hand board, the effect and accuracy are very good, so we must first consider how to process the hand board.
对于塑料加工材料,ABS 灰白色/黑色/透明;PMMA 亚克力(无色透明/有色透明/珍珠光泽/压花) 电木(不透明深色、棕色/黑色) PC、PA 尼龙、PA + 玻璃纤维钢( POM) 包括) 白色/黑色 PP 乳白色;金属材料包括铝合金、铜(紫红色光泽)、不锈钢、钛??合金、镁合金、锌合金。

CNC手板机的表面处理方法多种多样,包括打磨、喷灰、喷漆、抛光、丝网印刷、电镀、氧化、激光雕刻、酿造和UV,其效果甚可以同模具出产出来的产品比美。在外观,装配,功能验证上,都可以达到客户规划验证目的,CNC能做出一个能实在反映您规划目的工件。
