快速成型的功能和壳体的更新不能由手模型来完成，因为一个新开发的产品一定要做一个手板模型来测试其结构和功能的正确性。在车灯下，我们一次接到客户的需要，他需要做一辆轻手车，不是一个样品，而是一个小批，所以我选择了真空在这个过程中。

一、根据客户图纸、CNC加工或3D打印工艺原型制作喷嘴。

二、原型被板包围，原型固定，周围的空间需要建立，以确保硅胶能够完全覆盖和关闭产品。这一边是准备模具。

三、将装有样机的木箱放入真空成型机中，真空泵送入模具，所有产品都被覆盖。

四、将注塑模具放入烤箱烘烤，使硅酮模具加速凝固。

五、把原型完全拿出来。
5、 Take out the prototype completely.
六、根据快速成型产品所需的物料，真空喂料，重复上述1-5次操作，即可再次生出一些成品。
6、 According to the materials required for rapid prototyping products, vacuum feed and repeat the above operation for 1-5 times to produce some finished products again.
